COOKING ROCKS! – Show #2

A fresh & easy summertime backyard BBQ favorite!

1 lb. Tri Color Pasta

3 peppers (green, red & yellow bell varieties) sliced in thin strips

1 tsp. minced garlic

1 – 10.5 oz. package of fresh cherry tomatoes (or any tomato variety, sliced fork sized)

1 can (6 oz) of olives of your choice – black, green, kalamata, Sicilian (mix & match to your preference)

1 – 8 oz. block Asiago cheese – sliced or crumbled fork sized

shredded Reggiano Parmesan for extra flavor and finishing (amount to preference)

1 Serrano hot pepper (optional for heat)

EXTRAS – Any raw veggie of you choice (broccoli, carrots, pepperoni)

DRESSING – your choice!

Make your own with a quality olive oil & vinegar (apple cider, wine, balsamic)

OR

Your favorite bottled dressing

Chill for at least 2 hours and serve – 4 to 6 servings
