This is too gouda to pass up (sorry!) but it’s National Cheese Day! Every time I go to the grocery, I bring home another chunka cheese. If you opened up my fridge door right now, you’d find Manchego, Mozzarella, Swiss, Goat, Gruyere, Havarti Dill, Bleu, Parmesan and probably a Laughing Cow or two. And oh yeah, cream cheese because you never know when you wanna make a cheesecake. (that’s a picture of one that I made at 11PM a few weeks ago…SO good!)
