I Love My Phillies City Connect Hat Courtesy of John Brazer
Sometimes when something new comes out, it is met with mixed reactions because people do not know how to react to something different and out of their comfort zone, and that happened a few weeks ago with the Phillies City Connect Jerseys.
With all things new, it just takes time for people to get used to it, and the more they see it, they’ll really start to love it.
Even rock ‘n’ roll took a while to catch on with the general public, and it is the best genre of music of all time!
It is only a matter of time before everybody wants to get their hands on some Phillies City Connect Jerseys and all the merchandise that surrounds them!

The Best Spokesman for the Phillies City Connect Jerseys…
Luckily for me, I was fortunate to get my hands on some myself when our dear friend, John Brazer, stopped by the MGK studios last week to talk about the new Phillies City Connect Jerseys.
For those that don’t know, John Brazer is the Director of Fun and Games for the Phillies, and he is the mind behind a lot of the awesome promotions that go on with the team and seeing them through.
He brought Steve Vassalotti and me each a way cool Phillies City Connect Jerseys snapback hat, which has the liberty bell on the front.
The hats themselves are awesome, and I can’t wait to wear mine to a game!

The Debut…
By the way, the Phillies actually debuted the City Connect uniforms on Friday night versus the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Unfortunately, it was in a 5-2 loss where the team saw former Phillies pitcher, Bailey Falter, come back as an opposition and pitch five innings, allowing just one run.

Like I said earlier, the Phillies City Connect Jerseys were already getting mixed reviews from our tough Philly fan base prior to the game, and losing in front of 40,000 fans the night the uniforms debuted did not help!
But fear not Philly faithful, the Phillies City Connect Jerseys will be worn each home game that is played at home the remainder of the year!
Once the wins start rolling around in the uniforms, it is only a matter of time before everybody wants to get their hands on some City Connect gear!
