German Soccer Club has Shockingly Low Beer Prices
Is Germany beer heaven? German soccer club Borussia Dortmund has shockingly low beer prices that puts other sporting events, especially in America, to shame. Have you ever gone to a sporting event, and bought a beer for under $7? The only time in my sporting event going life I saw a beer priced below that was at Augusta National for the Masters, but that’s a whole different world down there. It doesn’t matter the sport you go to see, you’re going to get crushed on beer and food prices. Not if you’re a Dortmund fan though! Borussia Dortmund cares about it’s fans and their enjoyment that they have a happy hour on game days when you can get 6 beers for €14 (euro)! That’s $15.05. for 6 beers! Thanks to the a great twitter account @footybevs, who documents in stadium beer prices, we can compare Dortmund’s prices with that of an MLS game.
